What it involves
Site clearance means removing unwanted vegetation, trees and shrubs, and clearing away the cuttings. Where needed, it can be combined with tree removal or stump grinding.
All our work is carried out by NPTC-qualified staff to BS3998, and we're fully insured.
Common reasons people call us
- Preparing for building work or an extension
- Taking on an overgrown garden after moving house
- Getting a plot ready for landscaping or a new lawn
- Clearing access to a fence line or boundary
- Tidying land that has been left to grow wild
Every job is different
The size of the area, what's growing there, access for equipment, and nearby buildings, fences and services all affect how a site should be cleared. We'll also check whether any trees are protected by Tree Preservation Orders or sit in a conservation area, and whether birds are nesting.
That's why we don't give prices over the phone. Tom will visit, assess the job in person and give you honest advice and a fixed written quote — free and with no obligation.
